CO-EDUCATION

Co-education means educating for boys & girls in the same institution school.college or university.It was introduced in Switzerland but now it  has become popular almost all over the world. In over country the opinions differ in the issue.

   The supporters of the co-educations favour it in two in two grounds. Economic & sociological . In the first place it is not responsible for us to open separate colleges for boys & girls. In the second place of the social contracts between the member of the two  sexes are useful in many respects. If they are educated together they will develop a mutual understanding in them.

     Moreover co-education makes boys civilized and polite and girls become courageous.Then it creates a spirit of competition in studies.

    There are some demerits also of this system . In Pakistan is not without danger. Here boys & girls become young at an early age, youth is blind .So there are chances of corruption. It is wrong to teach them the some subject in the same institutes. In Pakistan colleges are very few and over crowded co-education can prove Economic only where the member in the member in the college is very small. 

   In the end Islam does not allow mixing of boys & girls. So this system isn't fit for our country.

   We may adopt the middle way that boys & girls should read in professional colleges and universities. In ordinary education  and science colleges . It is not necessary to read boys & girls together.   

  

NEWSPAPER ADVANTAGES & DISADVANTAGES

1. ADVANTAGES OF NEWSPAPERS

Reading newspaper is the need of the hour .they play a very important part in society .They have advantages & disadvantages. newspaper have many advantages..First newspaper keep us in touch with the current  world affairs. They supply us news from every part of the world.
Secondly a great deal of information is supplied to us by newspapers  import discussions of law court are published for the benefit of lawyers .Commercial news are published for business man . The advertisements help the people to buy thinks .The unemployed can look up the wanted columns for vacant post and schemes of the government through newspapers .Readers of good news papers are more intelligent and better informed than scholars .There are also useful articles on every topic.

DISADVANTAGES OF NEWSPAPERS

      By publishing false news they can mislead the people.they can make the people nervous and excited .They can set one group  of people against another by printing naked pictures  and love stories .They can be a danger to the morals of the people .
Sometimes newspapers accept bribes and become tools in the hand of wicked persons by printing false statement against a good and honest man gives the result of hatred one person to another or one party to another .

DEPRESSION:

 when someone feels so sad and feels himself unable to achive the goals of life,feels himself unable to live normal life.It is possible that he or she has depression
 Depression can suffer the patient from minor to major illness.Depression usually classified in to tow  categories.Number one is Major depressive disorder and second is Dystrophy disorder.The patients of Major depressive disorder suffers from different types of symptomes which affects   the ability of sleeps ,hunger, study and work of the patient.This is very serious illness some times the people of this disorder commit suicide.
Dystrophy disorder is also mood disorder consisting  of physical and reaction disorder at a time,its not severe but long lasting.it has different typical charactristic like low energy and drive low self esteem and low capacity of to pleasure in every day of life.
CAUSES OF DEPRESSION

The main and basic causes of depression is still unknown.Experts believes that it cause by certain chemical charges in brain.They says it cause by blending of different factors like a person's genes,his biochemical environment,his personal experience and psychological factors.In this disorder the area of brain that one link with thinking,sleep,mood,appetite and other system do not function normally.



                    


DEPRESSION IN PAKISTAN:

According to the Pakistani experts 37 percent of Karachi,43 percent of Quetta,53.4 percent of Lahore inflicted by medical illness.Anxiety depression is over all 34 percent in Pakistan.
It is due to bad economic and condition terrorism in Pakistan.The Pakistan worst governance and falling economic condition is the most biggest reason of depression in Pakistan .Unemployment making the youth robbers and snatcher which cause unpeacfull environment.


SYMPTOMES 

There are many symptoms of depression but these one not same in all types of patient.There symptoms are different from person to person because the appear according to the natue of person but there are some common feeling in all patient like feeling of worhlessness, hopelessness, gaining or lossing the weight,self hate too much hunger and sleep.

                     Depression is treated by medicines and psychotherapy.Minor depression can be treat by kind and lovely but if there is too much depression and if severe then it needs both treatment kindness, love, medicines and psychotherapy.This treatment play biggest role in regulating the mood and helps to fight against negative thoughts.
Depression is the most common disease in not only Pakistan but all over the world.When it  harms the patient but sometimes patient in harmful for other people but mostly it can be treat by medicines and good behavior.One out of five people suffers depression by its own thoughts and some others reasons but it can be controlled easily.\
